1. Shake well before each use.
2. Wash your face; we recommend any of our facial cleaning bars.
3. Apply to dry, cleansed skin. Spray while doing an X motion to cover the entire face, or spray a cotton ball with the toner and gently apply over your entire face and neck using upward motions
4. And don't forget to moisturize.
