Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we do! Please send us a message with what you had in mind and we will do our best to make it happen.
Do you offer wholesale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale at the moment because we are a small shop but if you send us a message with what you had in mind we will be more than happy to try to come up with a solution.
Can I ship to different addresses?
Yes, you can. The best way would be to check out separately for each address so there isn't any confusion or mistakes.

What if my order was lost, stolen or shipped to the wrong address?
Unfortunately, we do not reimburse orders that have been lost in the mail or scanned /marked as delivered by the USPS and then stolen from your porch or mailbox. This is theft and should be reported to the USPS and police.
Please ensure the address you insert is correct; once your order has been shipped, it's entirely out of our hands and cannot be modified; you will have to contact the USPS for assistance.
Do I really need to exfoliate?
Absolutely! When old dead skin cells start to pile on the skin's surface, it can leave it looking dull, rough, bumpy, and dry.
Furthermore, when your skin has a build-up of dead skin cells, it can produce excess oil and clogged pores, acne, and blemishes. Gentle exfoliation removes the excess dead skin cells that clog the skin and releases fresh new ones. This way skin benefiting products can penetrate more deeply into the skin, making them work more effectively. A regular exfoliating routine will leave your skin looking fresh and clean.
Soap Packaging
Currently, we offer standard plastic packaging using shrink wrap bags on all our soaps. But, we do also provide an eco-friendly option available upon purchase using reusable cotton muslin bags.
Need your order during a certain date?
If you need your order by a specific date, please make sure you order ahead of time and choose the appropriate shipping time. You can always contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Does your soap contain lye or saponification?
Unfortunately, if there is no lye, then there is no soap. All real soap is made with lye; anything made without it is considered a detergent, most likely made from a manufactured compound such as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. No other substance can be used to replace lye to make soap because when you apply lye to fats and oils, it breaks down the molecules and bonds them together, creating soap.
Long story short, you can’t make soap without saponification because real soap must contain lye and saponified fats.
